Starting to get their starting feathers and eating more, sleeping less. Yes, we are in the second week with our new farm chicks. They are almost double the size from when we received them in the mail, and still are very cute.

Next week we are to have a couple of mornings in the mid 30’s so we opted for one more week inside to get into the mid-40’s mornings of next week. Just like with our soon to be a mommy Daisy, we are probably being a little over protective. They will be all outside soon enough, for now we can all stay close.
