Winter’s Form of Charm


Scanning through photos of the farm during summer, my eyes are gathering nourishment from the satisfying green and blue of nature’s beauty. I daydream of seeing new growth and strong rays of sunshine, warmth and longer days. I’m not trying to rush Spring and find myself appreciating Winter’s own form of charm. Misty mountains. Crisp mornings. Blue jays and Cardinals. Crunchy snow. Icicles and
Snowy scenes. Little birds proudly wearing their bright blue feathery chests. Cold and darkest nights show off bright clear stars.
